Service overview

Logistics coordination begins before a freight quotation is requested. Suppliers, cartons, pickup addresses, readiness dates, product descriptions, weights, dimensions, values, batteries, liquids, magnets, and destination requirements all affect the available route. Reliable coordination depends on collecting those facts and assigning responsibility across the China and destination sides.

YIMO can arrange China domestic pickup, consolidate goods from multiple suppliers, and coordinate the China-side freight-forwarding chain unless the buyer appoints its own provider. Sea freight, air freight, and international express can all be supported. The suitable option is selected around the goods, quantity, sensitivity, timing, destination, and agreed customs method rather than a generic promise that one mode is always best.

Why it matters

A reliable shipping plan needs clear cargo facts, the right transport mode, coordinated pickup and consolidation, and an agreed customs route.

What YIMO can organize

  • Arrange China domestic pickup and consolidate goods from multiple suppliers when required.
  • Coordinate the China-side freight-forwarding chain unless the buyer nominates its own provider.
  • Support sea freight, air freight, and international express, selecting an approach around the goods, volume, timing, and sensitivity.
  • Coordinate China-side export procedures and the order's agreed customs-clearance method.
  • Support packaging and quantity checks, product photographs, and video records within the agreed scope.
  • Assist with DDP, Amazon FBA, transport insurance, and product-certification coordination when required by the project.

What the buyer provides

  • 01Destination country, city, postcode, receiving address, and importer information
  • 02Product type, quantity, value, batteries or other sensitive characteristics
  • 03Required timing, sales-channel requirements, and any nominated forwarder or customs method

How the work moves

A visible sequence from request to buyer decision.

  1. 01

    Build the cargo file

Collect supplier pickup details, readiness dates, carton counts, dimensions, gross weight, volume, value, product descriptions, and sensitive characteristics.

  2. 02

    Coordinate pickup and consolidation

Arrange China domestic collection and combine multiple supplier shipments when required, keeping every carton connected to its supplier and buyer order reference.

  3. 03

    Compare transport options

Discuss sea, air, and express routes against volume, urgency, handling restrictions, destination coverage, customs needs, and quotation validity.

  4. 04

    Confirm the customs route

Coordinate China-side export procedures and the agreed order-specific clearance method. Confirm importer responsibility, destination duties, taxes, licenses, and documents before shipment.

  5. 05

    Release and track the shipment

Organize the final packing information, available checks and visual records, handover documents, dispatch status, and exceptions that require buyer attention.

Working example

Example: three suppliers, one overseas delivery

Three suppliers finish on different dates and use different carton markings. YIMO can arrange domestic pickup to one receiving point, record the incoming cartons, connect each carton to the master receiving list, and consolidate the cargo. Once dimensions, weights, sensitivity, timing, destination, and importer arrangements are confirmed, sea, air, express, or a split approach can be discussed with the freight provider on a comparable scope.

Buyer-facing output

What you can receive

01A consolidated cargo and pickup plan
02A transport-mode and route coordination summary
03Available customs, document, check, and shipment-status records

Common questions

Know what the service does—and what still needs confirmation.

01Can YIMO arrange pickup inside China?

Yes. China domestic pickup can be coordinated for one or multiple suppliers, subject to confirmed addresses, contacts, cargo readiness, dimensions, weight, and handling requirements.

02Who coordinates the freight forwarder?

YIMO can coordinate the full China-side freight-forwarding chain unless the buyer appoints its own provider. The final provider, route, rate, validity, and service scope are confirmed for the actual shipment.

03Are sea freight, air freight, express, and DDP supported?

Yes. All three transport modes can be supported, and DDP can be coordinated when feasible. The correct arrangement depends on the product, quantity, sensitivity, destination rules, importer structure, and current provider capability.

04Who handles customs and taxes?

China-side export procedures can be coordinated by YIMO unless the buyer specifies another arrangement. Destination clearance, importer responsibility, duties, and taxes must be assigned for the actual order and destination; they are not assumed from a generic service label.

Scope boundary

YIMO can coordinate the above services, but the final route, rate, transit time, insurance terms, destination-country duties, certification requirements, and importer responsibility must be confirmed for the actual goods and destination before shipment.
